Although made just and righteous by acceptance of Jesus as Savior, Christians are human. As such, they are prone to misdeeds (they pray to minimize) and should recognize the same is true for others. However, upon accepting Jesus’ yoke (Matt 11:28-29), Christians strive to not make their misdeeds habitual. As such, they would wish for others to not cast aspersions upon them or treat them more critically than others for their mistakes. Moreover, while they should help others who are seeking to be better, more Christ-like, to be accountable, they should likewise not be judgmental in manner, avoiding being considered hypocrites. You are not hypocritical, are you? Live abundantly in God’s Word.
