There are numerous spiritual and religious beliefs regarding the definition and role of meditation in life. We live in a fast-paced world and, for many, activities such as meditation have been demoted on our agendas or cast into oblivion by the uninformed who look upon it as some unsavory foreign practice. The biblical definition of meditation is to intermittently read or think upon God’s Word and how it may guide you, bless you, give you peace and otherwise favorably impact your life every day, in all manners. (Joshua 1:8)
As such, I suggest that you engage in meditation at least once a day. And, for those of you who respond “I just don’t have the time”, at least twice.
